VILLE PLATTE It is with great sadness that the family of Zoe Vidrine, 86, announces her passing on Thursday, April 18, 2013 at Rapides Regional Medical Center in Alexandria. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM Friday, April 19, 2013 at The Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Ville Platte Rite of Committal will follow in the Old Ville Platte Cemetery with Father Brad Guillory officiating the services.
A loving sister and aunt, Zoe will be deeply missed by her sister, Yvonne Verrette of Arkansas and numerous nieces and nephews.
She will now join in Heaven, her beloved parents, Numa and Zoa Vidrine and eleven siblings. Their reunion will indeed be a joyous one.
At the request of the Vidrine family, visitation will be held at Ardoins Funeral Home of Ville Platte beginning at 4:00 PM Thursday, April 18, 2013 until 8:00 PM that evening and resume at 8:00 AM Friday morning and continue until the time of the services. A Rosary will be recited in her honor at 7:00 PM Thursday evening.
