Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Monday, October 23, 2006 at Our Lady Queen of all Saints Catholic Church in Ville Platte for Mr. Ted P. Johnson, 51, who died Friday, October 20 at his residence.

Interment will follow in the Gates of Heaven Cemetery in Ville Platte with Fr. Randy Moreau officiating.

Mr. Johnson was a resident of Crowley. He is preceded in death by his brother, Glenn Johnson.

Survivors include his parents, Vernal Johnson of Ville Platte and Lena Belle Vidrine of St. Landry; one son, Eric P. Johnson of Eunice; one daughter, Jessica Fontenot and husband Ted of Eunice; one brother, Ricky Johnson and wife Judy of Ville Platte; and two sisters, Beth Daire of Ville Platte and Pat Enicke and Myles of Ville Platte.

Visitation will begin Sunday, October 22, 2006 from 3:30 pm until 10:00 pm and again Monday, October 23, 2006 from 8:00 am until time of services. A rosary will be recited at 5:00 pm Sunday evening.
PIn lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of Acadiana.
