Susan Christine Ferguson

Susan Christine Ferguson, a beloved mother, sister, and grandmother, was born on Saturday, July 22, 1967, in Ville Platte, Louisiana. She peacefully passed away in her hometown on Sunday, June 1, 2025, at the age of 57, leaving behind a legacy of love and warmth that touched the lives of all who knew her.

Susan dedicated her life to her family, embracing her role with unwavering determination and care. She cherished every moment spent creating memories with her loved ones, especially her grandchildren, with whom she loved to play and share her time. Her deep commitment to her family exemplified her motto of "loving hard."

She is survived by her children, Brandon Ardoin, Lacey Ferguson, and Ryan Ferguson and wife, Lacie. Susan's legacy continues through her cherished grandchildren, Noah, Gracie, Kaisen, and Andrew, who will always remember her as a source of strength and love. She also leaves behind her brother, Clinton "CJ" Ardoin, Jr.

Susan is preceded in death by her parents, Clinton Ardoin, Sr. and Christina Manuel Ardoin and husband, Timothy Ferguson.

A visitation will be held at Ardoin's Funeral Home in Ville Platte on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM with a rosary being recited at 12:00 PM and led by Deacon Ben Soileau. A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at Our Lady Queen of All Saints Catholic Church at 2:00 PM, followed with interment taking place at Gates of Heaven Cemetery with Father Steven Pellessier conducting services.
