VILLE PLATTE It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of Rose Belle Guillory, 101, announces her passing on Friday, September 26, 2014 at Heritage Manor Nursing Home. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Monday, September 29, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Our Lady Queen of all Saints Catholic Church. Rite of committal will take place in the Gates of Heaven Cemetery with Fr. Brad Guillory celebrant.
A loving mother and grandmother, Rose Belle, leaves behind one son Wendell J. Guillory and wife Betty of Fairhope, Alabama and her daughter Bonwit Bonnie Phillips and husband Fredrick of Ville Platte. Also left behind to cherish her memory are her five grandchildren Steven Phillips, Audie Phillips, Beau Guillory, Mijume Guillory, and Sean Guillory, ten great grandchildren and eight great great grandchildren.
She now rests in heaven with her husband Joseph Duboin Guillory, her parents Johnson and Amelie Beauregard and six brothers and sisters.
At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoins Funeral Home in Ville Platte on Sunday, September 28, 2014 from 11:00 AM until 10:00 PM and again on Monday, September 29 from 8:00 AM until time of service. A rosary will be prayed in her honor Sunday evening at 5:30 PM.
