VILLE PLATTE-Funeral services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Sunday, October 22, 2006, at Our Lady Queen of All Saints Church in Ville Platte for Mrs. Marie Lou Bourque, 73, who died Friday, October 20, 2006, at the Ville Platte Medical Center.

Intement will follow in the Gates of Heaven Cemetery in Ville Platte with Fr. Randy Moreau officiating.

Mrs. Bourque was a resident of Ville Platte. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jean Batiste and Virginia Faul; a daughter, Joan Yvette McCauley.

Survivors includes her husband, James Albert Jimmie Bourque of Ville Platte; two sons, James Marvin McCauley of Ville Platte, John Todd Bourque of Opelousas; two daughters, Cindy Elkins and husband, Brent, Freida McCauley all of Ville Platte; two brothers, Floyd Faul of Iowa, Joseph Merrell Faul of Jennings; two sisters, Enola Savoy of Eunice, Alice Phillips of Opelousas; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Visitation will begin Saturday, October 21, 2006, from 4:30 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. and again on Sunday, October 22, 2006, from 8:00 a.m. until time of services. A rosary will be recited at 6:00 p.m. Saturday evening.
