VILLE PLATTEIt is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of John B. Vidrine, 43, announces his passing on Monday, July 2, 2012 at Rapides Regional Medical Center. A Funeral of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at 2:00 PM Tuesday, July 3, 2012 at Ardoins Funeral Home Chapel of Ville Platte with Rite of Committal to follow in the Platin Cemetery, Fr. Joshua Guillory will be officiating the services.
A loving companion, stepfather, son, brother and uncle, John leaves behind his devoted companion, Pamela Stout and his stepson, Nathaniel Stout, both of Mamou. Also left behind to mourn his passing are his parents, John Winston and Mary Vidrine of Easton and his sister, Shantel Vidrine OConnor, also of Easton. His memory will most certainly be cherished by his two nieces, Staci OConnor and Rylee OConnor, they were the light of his life.
John worked as an R.V. technician for over twenty five years, he worked at all the local R.V. dealerships where he was looked to for his knowledge and encouraging words.
Visitation will be held at Ardoins Funeral Home of Ville Platte beginning at 5:00 PM Monday, July 2, 2012 and continuing until 10:00 PM that evening and will resume at 8:00 AM Tuesday, July 3, 2012 and will continue until the time of services. A Rosary will be prayed in his honor Monday evening at 6:00 PM.
