VILLE PLATTE – Iway Manuel passed away at the age of 97. A graveside service will take place in the Evangeline Memorial Park Cemetery Thursday, June 8, 2023 at 10:30 AM.
Iway Manuel was born in Pine Point, Louisiana, on September 26, 1925, to Clement Manuel of Ville Platte and Odette Deville Manuel of Belaire Cove. He was a veteran of the United States Army and a painter by trade.
Iway was preceded in death by his wife, Agnes Mounier Manuel; parents, Clement and Odette Manuel; sons, Dennis Ray Manuel and James Kent Manuel; daughter, Sandra Manuel.
