VILLE PLATTE - Graveside services will be held at Addison Johnson Cemetery on Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at 12:00 PM for Edward Joseph Soileau who passed away December 31, 2018 at the age of 68.

Edward Soileau was born on October 9, 1950 to Calvin and Margaret Soileau. He was a welder and machinists by trade and worked for various companies in Evangeline Parish. Edward loved the outdoors and enjoyed hunting deer, squirrel, and rabbit throughout the state of Louisiana.

He is survived by his sister Wanda Soileau Deville and husband Warren of Ville Platte.

Edward is preceded in death by his parents, Calvin and Margaret Soileau, and his sister Mary Joyce Sittig.

At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoin's Funeral Home in Ville Platte on Wednesday, January 2 beginning at 9:00 AM until time of service.
