VILLE PLATTE –Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 AM at Addison Johnson Cemetery on Wednesday, May 5, 2021, for Charles Don Deville, 73, who passed away on Sunday, May 2, 2021in Ville Platte.

Reverend Warren Maxwell will be conducting services.

Burial will take place in Addison Johnson Cemetery.

Charles Don Deville was born on June 29,1947 in Ville Platte, LA. to Don Louis Deville and Hazel West Deville. He was a member of Friendship Baptist Church. He was a school bus driver for over 39 years.

He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Janice Deville; sister, Patsy Cloud and husband, Jimmy of Turkey Creek; niece, Tabatha and husband, Michael Sontag of Lafayette; great nephews, Peyton and Cullen Sontag; and great niece, Clara Sontag.

Charles is preceded in death by his parents, Don and Hazel Deville; brother, Elvin Louis Deville; and sisters, Ann Jean Deville and Betty Deville Garlington.
